Description:
This home was completed in July 2004. It is a generous 3100 square foot home about 150' to Payette Lake. It is a short walk down a staircase to the lake via the parking lot. It has seven bedrooms and will sleep 20 people. Warm wood floors are throughout. The den near the front door has a leather sofa, easy chair and TV/DVD. The open living room has a big screen TV and rock fireplace, and blends into the dining room, which has 2 tables with leaves that extend to seat an army.

There are two master suites with their own private full bathrooms. Five other bedrooms have their own vanities, sinks and toilets, and shared Jack-n-Jill shower rooms. There are phones in every bathroom and cordless phones, ceiling fans and luxurious bedding in each bedroom. There are no bathtubs in this home, only tile showers.

There is a large deck with lake views on the second floor, and a spacious 12'x32' deck on the ground floor level with a gas BBQ. An additional deck was added in the spring of 2008. This home shares a dock, a small sandy beach (depending on water level) with more sand added to it in the spring of 2008 and spacious lakefront sundeck with 2 neighboring homes, and bigger boat slips, making this a wonderful compound for a family reunion or company retreat.
In the winter, this home will accommodate snowmobile trailers; however, 4-wheel drive is required. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
