Description:
This three bedroom plus loft home looks over a forest and wetland area and is located in Spring Mountain Ranch. The Forest Edge cottage has new furnishings throughout the home. There is a bedroom downstairs with a king bed and a gas fireplace in the living area. The living area also includes a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. There are two bedrooms plus a loft located upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twins and a trundle. In the loft area there is a daybed, trundle and a chair that turns into a hide-a-bed.
This cottage does not have parking next to the home, as it it located down a terraced walkway about 50 yards from the parking area.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. " The cabin kitchen was well stocked. The Hot tub was enjoyable. The cabin is very light and comfortable. They really should upgrade the tv's. Maybe add a wireless router for computers. The towels were scratchy and too small. "

"Wonderful winter vacation spot. For the winter months, bring you own snow shovel, remember to bring wood for the wood stove. Based on previous reviews, the cabin has been updatexd with newer pots/pans and utensils. Very clean. The only draw back was the
parking. "
