Description:
This 2 story cedar sided home is located just off Ski Hill Road, a wonderful spot to congregate with family and friends. This home sleeps 10 people with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom with large tiled shower, the 2nd bedroom has queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 twins each (totaling 4 beds), all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the living room has queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, blender, coffee pot, and a dining table to seat 8 with an open floor plan to the kitchen and living room. There is plenty of seating for family gatherings in the sunny living room which is open to the dining area, very cozy with a propane stove to enjoy the evenings. The yard is nicely landscaped with east facing deck towards the Tetons and Grand Targhee Ski Resort. The master bedroom also has a upper level private deck for western sunset views. This location is perfect for both summer and winter - easy access into the Teton Mountains and Grand Targhee.

Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. If guest is renting more than 1 property, each property will be charged a seperate deposit. Where applicable, $50 per stay for 1 pet, or $75 for two. $100 booking keeping fee for cancellations. (May vary with packages)

Check in Location: Guests will check in directly at their accommodations and a map with a key code will be provided prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soap, 4 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap when applicable, all basic cooking and eating utensils and garbage bags. All linens are also provided. Firewood is provided if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq’s.
