I have a quick question about Olson...

Bedding: Master Queen, Bedroom 2: Double, Bedroom 3: Double, Living Area: Room Sofa Sleeper bed (4 Beds)

Olson Pricing*:
$60 → Cleaning Fee This is a one time fee applied to every reservation.
$175 → High Season 6/16-9/15 and 12/16-3/15.
$150 → Low Season 3/16-6/15 and 9/16-12/15.

Description:
This three bedroom home is located near the McCall Golf Course and Ponderosa State Park. It is nicely decorated and sleeps 8 people. The living room has a wonderful rock fireplace. One bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on season

Check In/Out: 4:00-5:00pm/11:00am

Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.

"Olson was Awesome! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was huge, and had all the cooking utensils we could ever want. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of room. The upstairs shower was fun and the game room in the garage was a bonus! We will definitely be back!"
