Description:
This beautiful waterfront home is located in Squaw Bay on Lake Coeur d'Alene (about 20 minutes to downtown) and centrally located for summer and winter activities. With the southern exposure you have breathtaking views. The main floor includes two large bedrooms (one with a jetted tub), one full bath, laundry room, kitchen (which is fully loaded with all appliances and cooking utensils), dining area and living room, plus a large deck that overlooks the bay and boat docks. Upstairs is the master suite with a large tub and the loft (with play area for little ones) which overlooks the living room.
When you are through playing in the lake.....relax in the 8 person hot tub that sits on a lower deck and overlooks the lake. It's recommended that you bring your own wood for the fireplace. Parking is limited to 2 cars only at the cabin but just 100 yards above the cabin, there's large vehicle parking. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $500 security damage deposit due at booking. If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival there is a $300 cancellation fee taken from your initial deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival you are subject to full forfeiture of the initial deposit. Balance is charged 30 days prior. Discover cards are not accepted at this time. Additional 3% is charged to your reservation if you pay by credit card, waived if you mail a check. (May vary with packages)
