Description:
This brand new home is located in the Spring Mountain Ranch area. It has access to the pool, hot tub and tennis courts within the development. This is a spacious 3 bedroom + loft 3.5 bath home. This home has a large wrap around deck. The living room has 2 suede sofas and 3 suede chairs, dining table seats 6 w/3 barchairs at the granite counter. The kitchen has stainless side-by-side refrigerator w/icemaker. There is large pantry w/several appliances also has a gentlemens bath off the kitchen. The master bedroom has sliding door to the deck with private large bath w/2 person jacuzzi, double sink and large tile shower. Nice bedding in all rooms.
Circular driveway and a 2 car garage and parking under the deck when you drive up, providing ample parking room for several vehicles or snowmobile trailers. There is full bath downstairs where the laundry room is located. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)

"The kitchen is complete and 1st class! The entire home is 1st class. DSL Internet access - wireless access was down but wired ethernet was working. We thank the owners for sharing this beautiful home. "

"It is a beautiful cabin. My only compaint was the full bed was not comfortable and the upstairs got very hot. It needs ceiling fans in both rooms. Overall we loved it and had a great time."

"Our family loved staying at the Camas Pines. Each bedroom had beautiful quilts and lots of books to read. The kitchen was wonderful to work in, everything was easy to find and it was well stocked. The deck was large enough for everyone. The bathrooms were clean & well equipped.
we'll stay again when we visit McCall."
