Description:
This 3,400 sq. foot luxury home is the nicest one in the Chateaus. At the entrance to the development, this property is creek-side, offering privacy and space, while located close to Ketchum.
There are 4 bedrooms, all with bath ensuite, including two master bedrooms with king beds, and two with twins. The entry opens to a large great room, with a river rock fireplace, large dining table for eight, and deluxe kitchen with all the appliances. Also on this level is a laundry/utility room and powder room.
The bedrooms are upstairs, with windows and views from each. There are 3 TVs, a VCR and DVD, stereo, fax machine, high speed internet access w/modem and wireless and garage. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with packages)
