Description:
This spacious home in a quiet neighborhood makes a great retreat for families and entertaining. It features 4 bedroom, 4 bath, with jacuzzi tub and steam shower, large custom kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, wet bar, 2 fireplaces that are woodburning but only allow firelogs (one per day provided by the management company), multiple decks with built in BBQ area, 3 car garage, and great views of Birch #4 fairway on the golf course. The dining room table seats 8, with countertop seating for 4. Kid friendly with 6 twin beds on separate floors with a TV/game room, basketball hoop in driveway, and hot tub. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

"The Birch Fairway home was the perfect setting for an extended-family Christmas get-a-way. The layout of the home was great for a large group with sleeping arrangements for all, 4 four bathrooms, two large living areas, a spacious and loaded kitchen, and plenty of room to be together or to separate from one another during our stay. The location is great: close enough to town to visit, yet far enough away to avoid the bustle. And being between two fairways of the golf course was wonderful during the winter providing plenty of deep snow for the kids to play in and snow-cleared walking paths around the golf course for long beautiful walks. The owners of the home have certainly put a lot of thought and care into their home and it was well managed by their property management company. And reserving the home was easy with InIdaho. We hope to visit the Birch Fairway again."

"Great house for a large group, there is a lot of space and the hot tub is very nice. Maintenance on the property needs to be addressed there were several items that were broken upon arrival(stove,bed, etc.)"
