Northern Nook Pricing*:
$75 → Cleaning Fee One time fee added to all reservations.

This is a working ranch, sometimes the owner stays at his cabin on the property and there may workers on the property.

This cozy cabin is located 7 miles from Driggs on 10 acres. It offers 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths and will sleep 4 people. This cabin has a private deck w/charcoal BBQ and a full view of the majestic Teton Mountain Range. The master suite is the entire upper level with a private bath containing 2 sinks and a jacuzzi tub. There is a full kitchen (no dishwasher), laundry, propane stove, wireless internet and TV w/DVD & VCR (local channels only). This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. If guest is renting more than 1 property, each property will be charged a seperate deposit. Where applicable, $50 per stay for 1 pet, or $75 for two. $100 booking keeping fee for cancellations. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soap, 4 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap when applicable, all basic cooking and eating utensils and garbage bags. All linens are also provided. Firewood is provided if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq’s.
