Description:
This larger home is located in a wooded area in the Payette River subdivision, about 5 miles south of McCall. There is a walk-in sitting area great for unloading any winter gear and a rock fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 2 full-size refrigerators, and a large pantry. There are two dining tables that each seat 6 and a large capacity washer and dryer. There are 3 bathrooms and an extra 2 sink vanity. Good parking for large vehicles. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "The lodge was really great and the scenery and wildlife breathtaking. We had a business meeting there and the accomodations were great. We had 14 guests and everyone was very pleased with the venue."

"This place is awesome for a large group and kids. The location is fabulous being just far enough out of town where you get to enjoy some quiet time without any other cabins right next door.
This is the only rental in McCall that accommodates the group we go with every year.
And I like the name. :) My daughters middle name is Payette. We found out we were having this little miracle last year when we were staying at the Payette River Lodge with our closest friends."

"Lots of space. We had 12 people there and it wasn't crowded at all. Only downside was the satellite parental lock was on, we watched a lot of Nickelodeon and safe programming but couldn't access Discovery channel? I donated some new ping pong paddles and balls so the next group will be in good order!"
