Broadbent Cabin Pricing*:
$100 → Cleaning Fee A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.
$400 → Holiday 12/23 - 1/2
$300 → Spring / Fall April 15 to June 15 and September 15 to November 15
$400 → Summer June 16 - September 14 (5 night min).
$350 → Winter November 16 - April 14

This home features limited lake views, and a large front deck with a summer fire pit, and the shared Pilgrim Cove beach is a distance of about a football field away. The home has been recently remodeled and has country style decor. The living room has a rock fireplace. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. There is one private bedroom and two loft bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom is on the main level.
Guests can go through the gate directly to the beach with just a couple of steps to the beach.
This home has 2 driveways and offers plenty of parking for trailers.
Improvements since 2010 include new couch & hideabed, new showers and shower curtains, new propane stove in the kitchen. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Broadbent Cabin Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit due at time of booking, additional 25% due 14 days after booking, remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees: $75 if cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival; 50% of deposit if cancelled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival; Full deposit if cancelled 30 to 15 days prior to arrival; full balance of reservation if cancelled within 14 days of reservation. Holiday reservations (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years) must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival and cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out: 3:00 pm/11:00 am

" Everyone seems to have different expectations when they rent so half our group would stay again and half wouldn't. Positives...large living spaces,great living room and outside deck with fire, good access to lake without paying lakefront fees, close to town and lots of biking/walking trails at Ponderosa State Park, decent sleeping arrangements for a large group, peaceful setting. Negetives...too homey, way too many personal items all over, cupboards piled with too much junk, towels packed in closets, kitchen pantries full of owners food, fridge and freezer full of owners food, no space to unload our own items when we got there, hard to pack up personal items when leaving, running water was bad. Also did find mouse dropxpings all over the sofa sleeper in the loft but unformtauntely did not notice them until stripping the sheets when we left. Final note, these are all things that can be easily corrected if the owners so choose which would make this a wonderful place to stay. "

"We had a fantastic time at the cabin. We were married across the street at Pilgrim Cove, and the cabin provided easy access for our wedding party. My only recommendation.....a hot tub of course! Thanks for the great stay Broadbents."
