Description:
This newly built cottage is located on the ninth fairway of the McCall Golf Course. Has Spring Mountain Ranch clubhouse amenities that includes an outdoor seasonal pool, tennis courts, fitness center and hot tub.
This home is next to Rebeccas Cottage. The dining table seats six w/four barstools. There is a sliding door off the dining room that faces the golf course. Refrigerator has an icemaker, ceiling fan in the living room, berber carpet throughout. There are 3 TV's/VCR/DVD in home with 20+movies and board games. Master bedroom upstairs, TV (no VCR) and private bath. Loft has a small TV. Downstairs first bedroom with a /TV and VCR. Second bedroom pine furniture.
This cottage does not have parking next to the home, as it it located down a terraced walkway about 50 yards from the parking area.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "Cottage was difficult to find -- you have to drive to the right all the way back and park. The cottage is a walk to the left down a stairway from where you park.
The cottage was clean and light. Upstairs bed was very comfortable. There are basic spices and basic cooking/serving/eating implements, but bring anything special you might need for food prep. Also, we assumed there would be a CD player, but there is none: bring your own!
It is a very nice place in a good location."

"The cottage was very clean, decorated nicely, set up well. The parking was a little cumbersome. We had to carry our luggage downhill on a very snowy pathway. A free-standing fireplace would be a great enhancement. And there needs to be a blender for the kitchen. All-in-all it was a very lovely place. "
