Right next to the McCall Golf Course, this new cottage has access to Spring Mountain Ranch amenities (outdoor seasonal pool, tennis courts, fitness center and hot tub). Large deck to enjoy in the summer. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2-4 Depending on time of year.
Check In/Out: 4:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.

"The cabin was smaller than the other cabins we had previously rented and it cost us more too. Even though it was said to be on the golf course, the view was of weeds. "

"Kovalicky is a sweet cottage right next to the 9th hole of the public golf course and walking distance to the clubhouse pool and gym It's inland from the lake, quiet and has a pleasant walking path alongside the golf course. It's quite close to the center of town and two of the public beaches which are easily accessible on bikes. The only drawback is that the surrounding cottages are close in proximity so noise carries throughout the complex. Otherwise, the cottage is new, clean, comfortable and pleasant."
