$55 → Cleaning Fee This is a one time fee applied to every reservation.
$175 → High Season 6/16-9/15 and 12/16-3/15.

Description:
The Horner House is located in the wonderful Spring Mountain Ranch area, not far from town and just blocks from the golf course. The Horner is a beautiful home that offers many great amenities, including a full kitchen and dining area. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on season
Check In/Out: 4:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.

"The cabin was nice and was fairly priced. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but was missing a few items that would have made cooking easier. However, it did have the essentials. The only real problem we had was that the gas fireplace did not work which left the cabin quite chilly in the main living area. A maintenance man was sent out to work on it and was very friendly, but the fireplace was not able to be fixed. For the money, I would expect these things to be checked out prior to guests arriving."

"We never did find a way to open the garage, in search of a garbage can and shovel. Info about access to the hot tub and the wi-fi there, could have been more clear."
