Description:
New wood paneled home located in the beautiful Spring Mountain Ranch area, which gives guests clubhouse amenities including seasonal outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts, and year round hot tub, fitness center and sauna. Natural landscaping in the front and lots of trees in the back yard provide a lovely, wooded ambiance.

The 2 car garage has a covered walkway to the front door. The main floor has a kitchen with 2 stools next to a small counter, built in desk niche, and doorway to a nice sized deck with tiki torches, a large glass topped table with 6 chairs, gas BBQ and steps down to the back yard with a small wooden bench under the trees. The dining table near the living room has 5 chairs. The living room seats 5 comfortably, has a gas fireplace and tall north facing windows. There is also a laundry room, full bathroom and bedroom with trundle bed on the main floor.

Upstairs is a loft with open wooden railing and futon sofa, and master bedroom with a very tall queen bed (a big step up) and private bathroom with tub and shower.

Two other vacation rentals are right next door and through the trees behind Fireweed, making it a wonderful 2 or 3 house combination for families vacationing together. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
