Directions: North End of Lake: North Beach Boat Ramp, from Highway 55 North through McCall (at Lardo's) turn right on Warren Wagon Rd. Approximately 8 miles to the North Beach Boat Ramp. South End of Lake: Take Hwy 55 North thru McCall. Turn right at Railroad Ave. Turn left at David Street. Go approximately 1.3 miles to Ponderosa State Park. The office is located in front of the Visitors Center in the Park.

"We had such a great time paddle boarding! We will use Backwoods Adventures again. They were very friendly and had everything we needed. They even let us borrow a dry bag (no charge). Their price were great as well! "
