This museum, started around 1976, traces the history of appaloosa horses and the Appaloosa Horse Club. There are special interactive areas designed with children in mind that allow them to experience such horse-related activities as sitting on saddles and braiding horsetails. Open year round from 10:00 to 5:00 pm weekdays and Saturdays 10:00 to 4:00 pm.
