Season: December 2012 thru February 2013
When the snow flies this year, start a new tradition, or continue an old one, by joining us for a Winter sleigh ride and dinner! Snuggle in your blankets as you're whisked through the winter wonderland to our cozy cabin nestled in the woods. We will greet you with a warm fire, live acoustic music and hot drinks.

Later, after you enjoy a savory grilled steak and prawn dinner with all the fixins, the cowboy crew will spin a few tales and entertain you. Don't forget to leave room for dessert. We promise one of the best experiences you've had in years.

We offer two dinner sleigh rides nightly (6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m). Each dinner can accommodate up to 56 guests.

Perfect for a date night...or get a group of friends and family together for a magical experience they'll always remember.

We also specialize in corporate Christmas parties, gatherings, and private parties.
Location information:
General Location: Winter Pick Up Point: Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Frontier Point Lodge...AKA Nordic Ski Lodge. (Once a sleigh ride is booked, directions where to meet, and what to bring will be included in your confirmation.) Summer Location: Call for directions.
Directions: Directions from I-84 to Bogus Basin: On 1-84 into Boise, take the City Center exit off the freeway. Then take the River Street exit (approx. 4 miles). Turn left at second stop light - 15th Street****Take 15th Street approx. 10 blocks to Hays Street (watch for brown sign indicating Bogus Basin Recreation Area). Turn left onto Hays. Hays Street will curve right onto Harrison Blvd., continue through stop light at Hill Road. Harrison Blvd. then becomes Bogus Basin Rd. The resort is 16 miles up Bogus Basin Rd.

Times: Sleighs depart at 6pm and 8:30pm PROMPTLY, therefore guests must arrive 1/2 hour before departure time. Meeting Place: Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Frontier Point Lodge...AKA Nordic Ski Lodge Destination: A warm and cozy cabin in the woods. Dinner: Three-course, 8 oz. Top Sirloin and Tiger Prawn meal with all the fixin's. Modifications for vegetarians & shellfish allergies accommodated with 5 days advance notice. Entertainment: Live acoustic music and Cowboy Poetry. Capacity: 56 guests per dinner; bookings for groups of 1-56 accepted. There must be a minimum of 20 guests for this trip to run (you do not need 20 people to book this trip, your reservations will be combined with other groups) 15% gratuity added to groups of 10 or more. Length: Horse-drawn sleigh ride: 15-20 minutes each way in and out of the Dinner Cabin. Plan on 2 -2 1/2 hrs. 28 people per sleigh.

"I missed the sleigh on my way up so I had to walk, but I survived. Everything else was awesome. I would love to get the name of the guy who played the guitar and sang that night... Thanks! Had fun!"

"We had a wonderful time, the sleigh ride was perfect, the dinner was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our honeymoon! Our only complaint would be the tight seating arrangement. "
