I have a quick question about 100 Acre Wood Lodge...

Beautifully rugged and remote, the 100 Acre Wood Lodge is nestled in the Beaverhead Mountains on the west side of the Continental Divide, 23 miles North of Salmon, Idaho, on Highway 93. This paved route is a scenic byway following the Lewis and Clark trail. This three story log home was built by Jon as a "hobby" during the last 17 years while employed in the industrial construction field. He cut the logs and constructed the home without blueprints, and so far the resort is at 9,000 square feet.

The Great Room is the place to be, whether sharing life's adventures in front of the crackling fireplace, reading a novel, or simply gazing out at the abundant wildlife and picturesque mountains. The mountains are a year-round grazing range for deer and elk. The view from the dining room takes in the trout pond, aspen covered wood, and a variety of colorful birds cavorting at the feeders.

Breakfast is included every morning and you can also enjoy an evening meal in the gourmet restaurant, open for dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The in-house chef prepares unique menus from the freshest of available ingredients. Beer and wine are available. The Inn and Restaurant book many special events from birthdays, weddings, luncheons, corporate meetings, etc. Bring your friends and family to a one of a kind Idaho experience.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this room is warm and comfortable, and shares a bathroom with the Purl Room and the Loft. The Country Carribean room has a queen bed. This room does have a TV with VCR. A full gourmet breakfast is included every morning.

The Loft has a queen bed and day bed on the second floor. There is no TV in this room. This is room shares a bathroom in the Lodge. This is used for overflow guests only as the has steep stair case and inside intrance.

Master Suite #1 sleeps: 4, beds: 2, bedrooms: 1

This large Jacuzzi Suite offers two queen pillowtop beds, open bean ceilings. There is a sink in the bedroom area and private bathroom with jetted tub. This room has a VCR/DVD and satellite TV. Located on the 2nd floor with outside entrances over looking the pond. This room can adjoin with Suite #2 for large families. A full gourmet breakfast is included every morning.

Purl Room sleeps: 2, beds: 1, bedrooms: 1

On the second floor of the main house, this room is warm and comfortable, and shares a bathroom with the Country Carribean Room and the Loft. The Purl Room (named after an old town site that the lodge is built on) has a queen bed, lace curtains and antique furniture. This room does not have a TV.
