"Staff was very friendly. Could not get on internet due to volume of people at hotel and there was not Hot water in the morning when showers were taken. I dont think a Hotel should ever run out of hot water. InIdaho Ed. Note: Winter Carnival McCall"

"Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the cookies and breakfast and complimentary snacks. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were worn out, (flat, hard and lumpy). Everything else was great."
