Pinewinds Description:
These condominiums have a outdoor season pool and tennis courts. Located on Davis Street across the street from the McCall Golf Course, they are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake and downtown McCall.
Pinewinds condominiums are close to Aspen Village, The Aspens and Candlewood condos if you have a large group visiting McCall.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit Policy: One night refundable deposit due at time of booking. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus $50. 30-45 days prior, guest will forfeit one night deposit and $50, and reservations cancelled with 30 days of arrival will forfeit $50 plus a minimum of a one night up to the maximum penalty of the cost of the entire reservation depending on resale of the unit. Security Deposit: on the date of arrival, a credit card authorization will be taken in the amount of $200 or 25% of the total reservation charges, whichever is greater. This authorization will be voided within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage, missing inventory or phone charges. Minimum Age Required 21 to rent. Cancellations are also subject to an additional $50.00 bookkeeping fee. (May vary
with packages)
