No driving, no parking, no hassles with ski equipment, just put on your skis and you're off. Pennays offers the ultimate luxury of a location neighboring magnificent River Run Plaza - restaurants, bars, apres ski entertainment, shops, skier services & high speed quad lifts. "No driving. .......high speed quad lifts."
Pennays provides complimentary ski guiding on Baldy. It is an excellent service for first-timers and also for those who want a refresher of the great runs on our Mountain.
In 2006 the units received all new appliances, granite countertops, retiled floors, and paint.

 Cancellation Policy: We require one-third of total amount at time of reservation. Reservations may by cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 handling fee. (May vary with
packages)
