Clearwater Townhomes Tamarack Description:
Clearwater 72, 84, 88, 90 and Clearwater Cottage 7 are located very close to each other and they are Ski in Ski Out from Buttercup Chair. Located in the Whitewater residential area of Tamarack, these two-bedroom, 3-bath town homes are very private with mountain and lake views. They have a full kitchen, hot tub, and washer/dryer with a detached one-car garage. These townhomes have three-stories with views from all levels. The master bedroom has a king with a full bath. It is located on the upstairs floor. The second bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed. The dining room is stately with lots of windows and incredible views and the plush living room has a plasma TV. The deck has a large hot tub and more great views and a second lower balcony.

Cancellation Policy: 50% due at time of reservation. Full payment due within 30 days of arrival. If the guest cancels within 24-hours of making a reservation, a full refund will be given minus a $25.00 handling fee. If the guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, a one night lodging fee will be charged, or they can rebook and we will credit them towards another stay. They must stay in the same home and there may be a rate change if they change seasons. If the guest cancels within 14 days of arrival they will forfeit their full payment, or they can rebook. We can credit them for another stay or if we can resell the home we will retain a $50.00 handling fee and refund the remainder of their payment. (May vary
with packages)
