| 8% Resort Fee:
A damage waiver is included in the reservation fee, & is limited to incidental occurrences only. The damage waiver has a maximum total of $2500 damage payment per stay & is applicable for the entire stay (arrival - departure). The damage waiver doesn't cover damage resulting from gross negligence or willful & wanton misconduct. An additional fee may be charged for intentional, negligent or excessive damages & includes, but is not limited to, charges for anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit. |
Elkhorn Village Condos Description:
This complex is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village and within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Elkhorn Village is also within walking distance from the newly build grocery store, post office and restaurant. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire Reservation Fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. ResortQuest reservations no longer include the Damage Waiver Benefit. (May vary
with packages)
