Crystal Beach Description:
The Crystal Beach condos are located on Payette Lake with seasonal outdoor pool, lake & beach access during the summer. Located just a short walk from downtown, and located on the desirable south side of Payette Lake, Crystal Beach condominiums are a popular rental choice in both the summer and winter.
Views of Payette Lake are unobstructed from all units.
General Rules for Renters:
- Renters must register with the Crystal Beach Manager prior to or upon occupancy.
- Renters and there guests may not have pets of any kind on the property.
- Renter's guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but, not limited to, the pool area, beach or bocks.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the slips or dock spaces.
General:
* Pool Hours 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Quiet Times 10:00pm - 9:00am
* No trailers, RV campers or commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
All guests must sign the registration form before they enter the unit. The unit only allows the number of guests staying as it has beds to accommodate.
