General:		Just 2 1/2 blocks away from the River Run lifts this condominium complex is very conveniently located. The public KART bus system also puts you in touch with the rest of the valley with just a short ride

Christophe Condominium Hotel Description:

These hotel rooms are lock offs from one and two bedroom condos. Available are standard units, and deluxe with jetted bathtubs. These units do not have any in room amenities besides a TV and phone. There is no front desk or lobby and there is a 2 person maximum in each hotel room.

Christophe Condominium Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy**: Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire Reservation Fee of 6% is due 2 weeks after booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including all applicable taxes and fees. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 10% of the rent and a 6% Reservation Fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fees. Discover cards not accepted. (May vary with packages or online bookings)
