On this 6 hour tour guests will see the best of Hells Canyon. You will jet boat through all of the Wild River Section and Natural Wilderness Preserve area.

This tour begins at the Pittsburgh Landing Marina and takes you safely up stream in a comfortable, not crowded 28 foot or 36 foot twin engine Jet Boat through all the big whitewater rapids, through the deepest most rugged part of the canyon, all the way to the Hells Canyon Dam (subject to water levels) and the Visitor Center.

Stops include Kirkwood Historical Museum, Sheep Creek Cabin, Bernard Creek and MacGafee cabin, the Ancient Indian Petroglyphs, and the Visitor Center at the Dam.

Wildlife to look for and see include Big Horn Sheep, Elk, Deer, Bear, Bald Eagles, Otters and numerous birds. Guests will stop for lunch, swim at a sandy beach if you like, and enjoy the gorgeous scenery, exotic rock formations and the beauty of the canyon.

After an adventurous day on the river, enjoy a night at Hells Canyon Lodging & RV Park. Enjoy the scenery along White Bird Creek and the Salmon River. Lodging is peaceful and scenic with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Take advantage of the private sandy beach, boat launch area, paddle tennis court and basketball court all located onsite. Restaurants and other amenities are available in the town of White Bird, just a stones throw from your home away from home.
