No driving, no parking, no hassles with ski equipment, just put on your skis and you're off. Pennays offers the ultimate luxury of a location neighboring magnificent River Run Plaza - restaurants, bars, apres ski entertainment, shops, skier services & high speed quad lifts. "No driving. .......high speed quad lifts."
Pennays provides complimentary ski guiding on Baldy. It is an excellent service for first-timers and also for those who want a refresher of the great runs on our Mountain.
As of 2006 the units have all new appliance and they are in the process of adding granite countertops, retiling floors, and painting the condos (late 2008).
