Description: Enjoy staying in this beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the desirable area of Spring Mountain Ranch. You also get access to all the amenities that Spring Mountain Ranch provides including the outdoor pool and spa. This home will comfortably accommodate 12 guests and is perfect for families with kids.
The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed and has its own bath. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms has 2 sets of 3 level bunk beds so 6 kids can stay and play in one room! The house is tastefully decorated and comes with everything you need. It feels just like home. It also has a hot tub which is perfect after a long day of skiing. You certainly won't be disappointed with your stay in this wonderful home. Bring your toys! - plenty of room in the oversize garage.
This home has a normal driveway, not great for parking large trailers in. however, it does have a tall, larger garage that guests can back a boat or snow mobile trailer in.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent (in applicable units), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided and laundry detergent (in applicable units). Firewood is provided. LP gas is provided for gas bbq's.
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho
do
not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

Comments: If you are not right on the water this house is in a great alternative with a great location. We took advantage of the community pool a block away and also walked to town each morning for coffee. (about 1 mile) The house was well kept, big and perfectly accommodated our party of 10. We would rent this house again in the future.

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. Cancel 30 days or less - NO REFUND. Entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically
