New Dawn Chalet - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:

Cancellation Policy: 50% due at time of reservation. Full payment due within 30 days of arrival. If the guest cancels within 24-hours of making a reservation, a full refund will be given minus a $25.00 handling fee. If the guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, a one night lodging fee will be charged, or they can rebook and we will credit them towards another stay. They must stay in the same home and there may be a rate change if they change seasons. If the guest cancels within 14 days of arrival they will forfeit their full payment, or they can rebook. We can credit them for another stay or if we can resell the home we will retain a $50.00 handling fee and refund the remainder of their payment. (May vary with packages)
