Description: Welcome to Blackhawk, a 1551-acre conservation-oriented riverfront community located just five miles southwest of McCall, Idaho, about 20 minutes from the Tamarack and Brundage Mountain ski resorts. Set along five pristine miles of the Payette River, Blackhawk offers a very limited number of riverfront and lakefront McCall, ID real estate opportunities in an uncrowded setting, carefully created to preserve the environment and the indigenous species that make their home here.
This custom built log home is located near the Payette River Mountains in Blackhawk. Enjoy the seclusion and mountain setting in this beautifully decorated home. Complete with a full kitchen, spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, 2 car garage and large deck for entertaining.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 liquid hand soap, 1 bar soap for each shower/bathtub, 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for every 3 days, towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per day. Also provided: 1 liquid hand soap in kitchen, 2 rolls of paper towels, laundry soap (in applicable units), dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, linens and all basic cooking and eating utensils. Firewood is not guaranteed, if it is at the house the guest may use it. LP gas is not provided for gas bbq's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure.
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho
do
not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

from spokane, WA Comments: Beautiful, clean home with easy access to McCall. Great flat screen TV with DVD player and lovely fireplace. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Would definitely rent again. The kitchen provides the basics, no extras. Although we made out fine, the owner could add some kitchen utensils/small appliances to make this the perfect rental for a short term stay for those who prefer to cook at home.

Eagle View Home - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: Deposit Policy: One night refundable deposit due at time of booking. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus $50. 30-45 days prior, guest will forfeit one night deposit and $50, and reservations cancelled with 30 days of arrival will forfeit $50 plus a minimum of a one night up to the maximum penalty of the cost of the entire reservation depending on resale of the unit. Security Deposit: on the date of arrival, a credit card authorization will be taken in the amount of $200 or 25% of the total reservation charges, whichever is greater. This authorization will be voided within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage, missing inventory or phone charges. Minimum Age Required 21 to rent. Cancellations are also subject to an additional $50.00 bookkeeping fee. (May vary with packages)
