Walk to the lake, minutes from downtown McCall and right at Ponderosa State Park. The home has Direct TV, pellet stove and everything in between to make your visit to McCall something special

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent (in applicable units), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided and laundry detergent (in applicable units). Firewood is provided. LP gas is provided for gas bbq's.
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho
do
not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

Comments: We love the little yellow house. My kids didn't want to leave it was the perfect location with the beach and the State park a block away. The two car garage was great and I loved having a kitchen stocked with cooking needs we have a little one that doesn't do so well at eating out so it was nice to have the option to cook.

Comments: Nice place to stay. The house is well stocked with almost anything you could need to cook a meal and serve it, more than just the bare minimum.

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. Cancel 30 days or less - NO REFUND. Entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically
