Howard on the Lake - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival 25% deposit is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 7 during summer
Check In/Out: 3:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: Check in at Johnson & Company. Located at the corner of Highway 55 and Deinhard (stoplight at south end of town). Located on west side of road accross from the airport.
