2300 Sq Ft, 2 story home situated on 2.5 acres at the end of the subdivision road, offering peaceful quiet surroundings and unobstructed views of the Tetons.
This home features 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 and 3/4 baths. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed. The loft has a full Bed and queen futon, and the main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
The fully equipped kitchen with eating bar, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a propane fireplace, french doors leading to decks, and gorgeous mountain views.
There is no satellite or cable TV, but guests will receive 4 local channels, or can enjoy movies on the VCR player. Other amenities include a washer & dryer and a 2 car garage. Minimum Stay: 3, 5 on holidays
Mount Owen Escape - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. Where applicable, $50 per night pet fee. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 3, 5 on holidays
Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: Guests will check in directly at their accommodations and a map with a key code will be provided prior to arrival.
