Description: Welcome to an incredible private waterfront estate location. This 3 bed / 2.5 bath home has an additional two small sleeping kids cabins near the water for additional accomodations. They both offer two twin beds, but there are no bathrooms or other amenities in these little cabins. They are located about 20 feet apart and about 30 feet from the main house. This private home sleeps 8 in the home + 3-4 (if needed) in the cabins. The private dock has excellent protected moorage is located on an inlet off of Lake Pend Oreille, and the grounds offer sunny all day exposure with lots of room to run. This bay is located between the Idaho Club Golf Course and Sandpoint. The home is clean, comfortable, affordable, and is perfect for one or two families to share.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and towels. Also provided: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry soap (when applicable), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is not guaranteed for the gas bbq’s.
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho

not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

Comments: Very nice location to spend a relaxing holiday. Boaters, be very careful bay area around boat launch, very shallow as little as 2 feet of water in spots did some damage to props on my boat. The boat launch in the yard was good boat dock water level ok. We were Glad house had 2 window air conditioners as the weather was very warm during our stay.The house was very clean & comfortable would recommend highly.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with packages)
