Description:
This is a beautiful home on Lower Twin Lakes, a short 25 minute drive to Coeur d'Alene. It's three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath and will sleep 8-10. Boat dock and game room are included. There are three fireplaces (2 gas and one electric). The yard leading to the lake is steep and the home has many windows to enjoy the splendid view. The game room upstairs has 2 sofa sleepers and there's a foosball, bumper pool and card table.
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights
Pinehurst - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:Cancellation Policy: $1000 damage deposit due at booking ($500 for Arrowpoint Condos). If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival there is a $200 cancellation fee taken from your initial deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival you are subject to full forfeiture of the initial deposit. Balance is charged at check in. Discover cards are not accepted at this time. (May vary with packages)
