Description: This beautiful, new Spring Mountain Ranch home has 4 bedrooms plus a den immediately to your right upon entering this fine home with glass french doors and a sofa sleeper. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and have queens. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD/VCR and private bathroom with 2 sink vanity, deep soaker tub with no jets, a stall shower and a separate toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms upstairs have a double/twin bunk, a queen futon, leather sofa and chair, TV/DVD/VCR and half bath.
The open floorplan on the ground floor includes the living room with gas fireplace and large TV (no DVD or VCR in the living room), a full bathroom, a round, tall dining table with 6 stools, and an open kitchen with wood floors, stone tile counters and 6 stools. There is a gas fireplace and brand new furnishings throughout the home (2005).

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. Please note that amenities are subject to change without notice to this site and are not guaranteed (Units are furnished by their individual owners).
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho
do
not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

We had plenty of room for everyone in our cabin and yet had a central place to hang out together! Our family is already ready to plan next year''s get-together! :)

from Rupert, ID Comments: Our family enjoyed staying at the Majestic view retreat. The upstairs bedroom is great but as others have said it was quite warm. There is lots of room which was wonderful and the dbl. garage is nice because there is not a lot of parking available. We enjoyed the barbecue grill to cook on. There a lot of dishes and silverware. Nice and clean.

from Boise, ID Comments: Great place to stay and it can accomodate a good crowd. Only negative is that the upstairs loft stays very warm and the requires that the window stay open. Other that that, this place has it all-except tunes.

Majestic View Retreat - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)
