Description: This new home is located on Majestic Road in the Spring Mountain Ranch Development. This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. This vacation rental is very close to the golf course and is nestled among tall pines. There’s a large back deck where the hot tub sits and a two car garage. The ceilings are vaulted and the colors are rich. At the top of the stairs is a large spacious free space for family use and an additional sitting room downstairs with double futon and TV. The dining room table will sit 8-10 people with bench seats on each side and two chairs at the end. A classic feature is the room beside the kitchen with a pool table and TV. In the kitchen there are three ovens and other modern appliances.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent (in applicable units), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided and laundry detergent (in applicable units). Firewood is provided. LP gas is provided for gas bbq's.
Note on air conditioning: Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho
do
not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights. If air
conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the
unit does not have air conditioning.

Comments: I would like to give a huge thank you to Sherri at In Idaho.com. We had a family camping trip planned where all involved would be in tents. The morning of our departure it was pouring rain and rain forcasted for the next 2 days. We called Sherri @ In Idaho.com to find a last minute cabin to house 12 people. She took care of us and we had a great weekend. We would have surely been rained out of our tents. We have rented many cabins using In Idaho.com and we are always very happy. Thanks again to Sherri for saving our family weekend.

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. Cancel 30 days or less - NO REFUND. Entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically
