Northern Nook - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. Where applicable, $50 per night pet fee. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 3-5 depending on season
Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: Guests will check in directly at their accommodations and a map with a key code will be provided prior to arrival.
