Cancellation Policy: $1000 damage deposit due at booking ($500 for Arrowpoint Condos). If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival there is a $200 cancellation fee taken from your initial deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival you are subject to full forfeiture of the initial deposit. Balance is charged at check in. Discover cards are not accepted at this time. (May vary with packages)
