Description:  
This large home provides an excellent location and amenities for either a summer or wintertime stay. It was built and furnished with large family gatherings in mind. The layout permits everyone to be together, whether they're engaged in cooking, eating, TV viewing or playing pool. This unit has been rated “gold” by the management company.

This unique setup is complemented by the sleeping arrangements. All three upper level sleeping rooms have queen beds and their own full baths. They are accessed by a few feet of outside covered stairway leading up to the main entrance on the second level of the house, where the main living areas are. The loft is on the third level and has a queen bed.

Kitchen:
The large kitchen offers counterspace and light. It is fully equipped and open to the dining area. There is a blender, mixer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an automatic icemaker.

Dining Room:
The antique dining table with matching western chairs will comfortably seat 10 with additional dining available.

Living Room:
The large living room looks up to the Warm Springs ski runs and gets good southern exposure for wintertime light & warmth. It opens to the large deck with views and a summertime barbeque. Just off the living room is the pool table. There is a 19-inch TV with VCR and a stereo with cassette.

Amenities:
Supplies provided by management company:  (Subject to change without notice)  In each bathroom: 2 hand soaps, 2 shampoos/conditioners, 2 lotions, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also included: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent (in applicable units), linens, all basic cooking and eating utensils and extra garbage cans. Firewood is supplied for units with wood-burning fireplaces and guests may call if they need more. LP gas is provided for gas bbq's. Note on air conditioning:  Most cabins, homes and condominiums in Idaho do not have air conditioning because of our normally cool nights.  If air conditioning is available it will be listed as an amenity above otherwise the unit does not have air conditioning.
