Description:
Multilevel 1900 sq ft stucco home with infloor heating has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 acres. A sunny garden area is accessed from the lower level, and multiple decks with patio furniture offer Teton and Grand Targhee ski area views.
Two main level bedrooms have a queen bed, the lower level bedroom has two full beds and the den has a full Aero inflatable bed.
The well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, propane stove and granite counter tops is open to dining and living room areas. The comfortable dining room table has seating for 6 with 2 more chairs at the eating bar.
The living room has beautiful tile floors, leather couches and many windows. The lower level den boasts cherry hardwood flooring. Satellite Direct TV offers all networks and Fox, there is a DVD/CD player, surround sound and DSL hookup.
Additional amenities include a gas BBQ grill, swing set and horseshoe pit, laundry facilities and 2 car garage. Minimum Stay: 3, 5 for holidays
Targhee Ranch - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. Where applicable, $50 per night pet fee. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 3, 5 for holidays
Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: Guests will check in directly at their accommodations and a map with a key code will be provided prior to arrival.
