"LOVED Frederick Lake. While all of Payette Lake is great, this cabin is, in our opinion, on the most beautiful part of the lake. Cabin was comfortable and nicely appointed which made our 4 day stay so enjoyable. Decking & boat docks were fantastic and Rick the owner is so helpful & friendly. We'll go back!! Frederick Lake - Managment Co. Cancellation and other policies:

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50 processing fee are non-refundable (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 2-7 depending on season

Check In/Out: 3:00pm/10:00am

Check in Location: A map will be provided with the final confirmation letter. (4-wheel drive in winter is recommended.)
