A love-story mountain cabin nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, designed/built by a custom homebuilder for his fiance where they married in the backyard! This pet-friendly cabin is welcoming and boasts a traditional, yet timeless, design in a picturesque setting. Beautiful exterior featuring wood, metal, stucco, and tile accents, it effortlessly blends with natural surroundings.
The layout is thoughtfully designed to optimize space and functionality. The main living area offers a wood fireplace, perfect for relaxing and entertaining guests. Large windows allow natural light to fill the rooms. The kitchen is a focal point of the home, featuring modern appliances and ample cabinetry. It provides a delightful space for culinary enthusiasts to prepare meals for or with friends and family.
Two bedrooms are well-appointed with tasteful en-suite bathrooms, modern fixtures and finishes, and accommodations for up to six guests. Located in McCall, is known for its scenic beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. surrounded by stunning mountains and pristine lakes, this is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts!
Walking distance to Payette Lake, downtown McCall where you'll find shops, restaurants, and bars, and also a short distance to the McCall Golf Course or Ponderosa State Park - this is the perfect location for vacationers of all interests.
Things to Note: Small garage for bikes and toys only - no parking cars. To open the garage, you must enter the home and go into the garage to unlock the garage to open it. Guests must provide their own wood for the wood stove. Wood on the deck is not for guest use, you may purchase wood at the stores downtown. There is one mini-split a/c unit upstairs. This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. There is a small combo washer/dryer (not separate machines). There is no bathtub in this house. Guests do not have access to the back house on the property. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
