"Unique business. The staff actually knew about the exact units they were offering to me. In this day & age, that is incredibly important and so rare. I tried to make reservations late one night for the next day, and while I didn't like not being able to talk to someone right away, my message was returned promptly the next morning and reservations were available for that evening. It was so much better than staying in a hotel!"

"I am VERY excited about having found you, and plan to work with you on my next trip to Idaho, on more than just last minute lodging which is what I did this trip. Besides convenience of being able to check all w/one call, I also value talking to people with first-hand experience of what you're selling, and your subjective comments on what is most appropriate to my needs. I always want recommendations from people who know when comparing properties, outfitters, etc; you were very helpful and good at doing this for me. And I had a most enjoyable stay at the Knob Hill Inn in Ketchum, which I will definitely recommend to friends/family for a lovely vacation experience, and would like to stay at again for a few days. thanks for all your help!"
