Comments: We reserved a boat at Mile High through Inidaho and Mile High did not get our reservation for the day we had confirmed. We missed a day of boating with our son and his wife because they were unable to be with us for the alterxnative day Mile High provided. Mile High gave us a discount for the mix-up because we presented the Inidaho confirmation doc but we were never able to go boating with our family. The day we bieved we had confirmed was their only availability.
