Comments: I have already spoken with a rep about this, but when we arrived all beds were stripped but not remade and the counters had not been cleaned or the rooms vacuumed. We also had to buy our own toilet paper but eventually found some under the master bed. The lady I spoke with offered to make an adjustment of the cleaning fee for us. Just want to make sure that actually happens, thanks:)
