Comments: We stayed at Avery last year as well - and the home seemed like it needed some TLC this year.. Ants in kitchen and bath, no soap dish in the bathroom, not that clean (at least by our standards). The washer broke while we were there... Seems like it could use a little maintenance/upkeep..
