Comments: We had a bad experience with Timberlake condo owners not honoring our reservation. In Idaho eventually worked with us to find another place and split the increased cost with us which was good. However, I had to ask for it and I think it should have been offered. Initially it seemed like In Idaho was taking the stand of "It is not our fault, we don't control the owners". While that is true, if you expect people to continue using In Idaho you have to make things right and bend over backwards to help make it right even when it is not your fault. Eventually, the staff did that, but it took some prodding.
