Comments: I had to change reservations twice. When my party started to arrive at the motel, they didn't have the reservation. Even though I had an email I'd printed out stating all the correct data. Luckily, the motel had enough rooms for us. There was 8 of us and when I finally got there the motel staff was quite dismayed to see my paperwork stating I did have reservations for 5 rooms on that night. They photocopied my paperwork. The problem here is that i tried to deal directly with the motel and they contract with you to take care of that so i had no choice but to deal with InIdaho. It was my first time using you. People were awfully nice but my party wass quite upset at first as they thought I'd not done my job well. Thankfully, I had the paperwork to prove I had.
